The welcome receptionist went above and beyond by upgrading us to a better room at the same price, allowing our family to stay together comfortably. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel offers an excellent continental breakfast with a variety of healthy options to suit all tastes. The indoor pool and sauna were fantastic additions, providing relaxation and fun for everyone. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, local restaurants, and convenient metro access to explore the city center of Porto. Our stay was made even more special as we were celebrating my sister’s 30th birthday. The staff took great care to acknowledge the occasion, leaving a personalized note on our table as requested and wishing her a happy birthday, which added a lovely touch to the celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable experience. thank you

Fantastic hotel, immaculately clean. Good facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, sensory showers). Unfortunately the sauna wouldn't get very hot on the second day (65-70) assuming this was due to a fault. Not too far from the metro, bus stations and tourist information who were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, well presented and a good variety for all diets. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be that there was no option of porridge but there was plenty to choose from. Evening meal is by room service or in the lobby, the menu is limited to sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards and pizza.... A bit carby for most but there are lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity if this doesn't suit. Pedro on front desk was efficient, and friendly with a good sense of humour and excellently fluent in English. Taxi to the airport was very easily booked at the front desk and the driver Ronaldo was a pleasure to talk with. I can't really fault this hotel and I'm not very easily pleased.

This is probably the best hotel we've encountered in a while! First, the staff is absolutely the best, they are friendly and helpful, there is always someone at the front desk. Second, the amenities are great, we loved the sauna and the beautiful pool. Third, the room is comfy, and the AC is great too! And the views are amazing, you can see the ocean and the port right there. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere and it's easy to explore Porto and surroundings from this location. Whatever you need is close by too: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. And they also have free water and snacks by the elevator! And they also give you recommendations for the local places to see. We loved it and we are very likely to come back again :)

The location of this hotel was perfect to get to and from the airport as well as Porto City Centre and the venue we needed to attend a big event at. We did travel by taxi and the whole trip took around 20 minutes each way. The breakfast was so lovely and the staff was incredible. amazing fish restaurants just on the door step with fresh locally sourced products. The reception was extraordinary with accommodating all our requests and securing us special toiletries and other information we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room, though a little humid after the showers, very spacious and cosy.

We found the front desk staff to be friendly, welcoming and professional. They made sure we knew about local areas to explore and transportation options. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was delicious. We had a late flight, so the hotel staff let us know we could have late check out, and that they could keep our luggage safely until we had to leave for airport. They also let us know that we could enjoy the common areas of the hotel during the rest of the day. Very nice experience, we highly recommend Eurostars.
